In addition to countless photo shoots with one of the loves of my life (Lucy), here is another. She loves laying on the bed in the guest room in order to look out the one window that faces out to the street. She perks up with every movement she spots; a person walking on the sidewalk in the distance or a car on 316, but when there is something closer to the house, she goes nuts!
I love how content, yet alert she looks in this picture...
Then sleepiness sets in and she must lay her head down.
One of the many things I love about this creature: her snout! Doesn't it just look so soft & kissable? It is!!
With sleepiness comes a stretch.
But if I speak the word "frisbee?", she immediately is ready to go!
On holidays we enjoy treating Lucy as though she's our child. Cory brought home some special frosted cookies for her this Valentine's Day. :) Of course it said "daddy's girl".

I swear she licked her mouth off for a half hour after finishing the cookies.. Perfect for some silly photos!
